We are very pleased to be able to call ourselves technology and knowledge partner of the Platform Binnenstadmanagement Foundation from now on. Platform Binnenstadsmanagement is an independent knowledge and network organization with more than 25 years of experience. The goal is: to keep the inner city vital, livable and economically attractive. Not only today, but also tomorrow. They do this by supporting impact makers and professional collaborations in inner cities and center areas with knowledge, networking and inspiration. We gladly add our knowledge in the field of data-driven decision-making in the inner city, as this contributes enormously to attractive and valuable inner cities for everyone.
A broad spectrum of issues plays a role in improving the position of the downtown, economically, ecologically, socially and societally. It is important for center management to have the right information in all these areas to be sure of the right course and to make the right decisions, especially for its stakeholders. In this way, together you ensure that the city center remains attractive for visitors, property owners, entrepreneurs and residents alike.
An integrated overview is what is needed and that is a big challenge, because the available data is enormously fragmented. It takes a lot of time to gain insight into the various and often overlapping themes. From Argaleo we ensure that the relevant, available data (e.g. CBS, land registry, energy labels) is brought together in one dashboard and visualized in a 3d representation of the center area. We add our own data (e.g. vacancy information) and relevant external data (e.g. visitor data, weather, traffic) to create an integrated view to make informed decisions. With this unique dashboard, called Digitwin, we contribute to transparency, transformation, collaboration and decision-making.
Argaleo cooperates intensively with center managers, real estate parties, retailers, hospitality entrepreneurs, municipalities, universities, but also event organizations (e.g. Vuelta), safety regions and networks in the field of sustainable mobility. We look forward to both the cooperation with the platform, its members and the other knowledge partners.
