The capacity of the anderhalvemeter society

The guideline is clear: as long as there is no vaccine against corona, a meter and a half distance should be the norm in our society. Maintaining that distance does, however, have major consequences for the capacity of just about all the locations where people tend to congregate. Not only theatres, cinemas and pubs suddenly appear to be able to accommodate only a fraction of the normal number of visitors, terraces, shopping streets and parks are also quickly at their limits. Thanks to the use of Dutch GIS and building data, it is possible to gain insight into the possibilities, and Argaleo has already built various tools for this purpose.
