The guideline is clear: as long as there is no vaccine for corona, the 1.5 meter distance should remain the norm in our society. Maintaining that distance, however, has major consequences for the capacity of virtually all locations where people tend to gather. Not only theaters, cinemas and bars suddenly find themselves able to accommodate only a fraction of the normal number of visitors, terraces, shopping streets and parks also quickly reach their limits. Thanks to the use of Dutch GIS and building data, it is possible to gain insight into the possibilities, and Argaleo has already built various tools for this purpose.
